I really enjoyed reading your basketball poem. You have incorporated the use of rhyming to make it flow and also create rhythm. Your use of descriptive language also helps me to imagine I am sitting watching a basketball game right now! My favourite line is when you talk about the swish of the ball as it goes through the net, what a great feeling when you have scored a point for your team.
